Before most people have finished their morning coffee...
...Jayme Nabors and Brett Divine are wheels-up in closely matching Piper turbine aircraft — Jayme in a custom-painted Piper Meridian (N733P), Brett in his Jetprop (N195JG). Their destination? Key West. Or maybe Colorado. New York. Tennessee. Sometimes all of the above, in the same week.
They’re not pilots for hire — they’re entrepreneurs on a mission.
Jayme, founder and CEO of the Beach Weekend lifestyle brand with a background in real estate development, and Brett, co-founder of the brand and owner of Divine Media & Co. (a media agency with 15 years of momentum), are also the co-hosts of the Nicotine and Jet Fuel podcast. Together, they’re using private aviation to build a life most only dream about — one where deals close faster, stories hit harder, and family time isn’t sacrificed on the altar of hustle.
“We love to fly, and obvisouly we do it because it’s fun… — but we’re also up there because it’s the only way to do everything we do and still be present for what’s most important,” says Brett.

Business. Brands. Brotherhood.
Between them, Jayme and Brett have built real estate empires, started multiple businesses including launching marinas, media agencies, wellness companies, and their most recent endeavor, a ready-to-drink coffee brand with shops in the panhandle of Florida — all while building one of the most unique aviation-meets-entrepreneurship podcasts online. They log hundreds of hours a year flying themselves to meetings, marina properties, content shoots, product drops, and speaking gigs.
Their primary route? Destin to Key West, where Beach Weekend operates a second location. But their business range extends across the U.S. — from Atlanta to the West Coast and everywhere in between.
“We’ll fly to Key West, meet with staff, film new content, load product, and be home the next night for dinner,”
...says Jayme, who also balances life as a father of two and husband to a full-time dentist.
“That’s the utility. That’s the win.”
With Brett juggling six boys, multiple startups, and strategy sessions for brands, flying commercial simply isn’t an option.
“This isn’t a luxury,” he says. “It’s a multiplier."

It’s a multiplier.”
The Brains Behind the Brands
Jayme, a real estate developer turned marina mogul, brings vision and velocity. Brett, a strategist and brand architect with a marketing mind built for launchpads, brings fire and follow-through. Together, they’ve formed one of the most compelling founder duos in aviation and small business media today.
Both hold commercial and instrument ratings, each with over 1,500 hours logged in aircraft ranging from Piper Saratogas to Beechcraft Dukes. Their current aircraft — equipped with Garmin TXi avionics, ForeFlight, and satellite comms — turn every mission into a mobile command center.
“The plane is the boardroom. It’s the podcast studio. It’s the escape hatch — and the re-entry rocket,” Brett says.

Not Just Passengers —
Industry Insiders.
These guys aren’t just pilots — Jayme met Brett while being on film for an aviation safety project that Brett's media agency was tasked to document. From there, the friendship took off.
Brett is a veteran brand strategist who’s helped shape the voice of some of aviation’s biggest players. Through his agency, Divine Media & Co., he’s worked with industry behemoths like Textron Aviation, as well as innovative brands like Game Composites, Tecnam, and Piper. He also brings a deep understanding of the owner-operator community, thanks to extensive work with elite pilot organizations including the Pilatus Owners & Pilots Association (POPA), Citation Jet Pilots (CJP), Piper M-Class Owners & Pilots Association (PMOPA) and others.
Brett's friendship with Jayme has assisted in the success of these endeavors. Jaymes business background on a national level has brought an intuitiveness to relate with innovation, yet also understanding the nuances with corporate business.
“Every brand we’ve helped in aviation taught us something. Now we’re using that playbook to launch our own — and we’re telling the whole story on the podcast.”

The Podcast
What started as midair conversations between fuel stops turned into Nicotine and Jet Fuel — a raw, unscripted podcast about business, aviation, fatherhood, and faith. It’s where Jayme and Brett unpack everything from near engine-outs and marketing wins, to launch failures and fatherhood meltdowns.
They record in hangars, onsite at their businesses, or on the move — often in the same clothes they filmed content in hours before flying home.
“We don’t pretend to have it all figured out,” says Jayme. “But we know how to go fast. And we know how to get back up after a hard landing. We know how to move.”

A LITTLE GLIMPSE INTO THE ACTION
Built to Move. Built to Last.
The thread through it all — from real estate and Beach Weekend to Divine Media to their latest joint venture (a wild, functional coffee brand with ingredients as bold as they are) — is speed, flexibility, and full-send execution. Their aircraft aren’t vanity assets. They’re the glue that makes bold living possible.
“We’ve each built businesses that require presence, speed, and agility,” says Brett. “Flying is how we show up for all of it — our teams, our brands, and our families. Our planes stay dirty because we use them. But we stay proficient and safe because flying is the lifeline that keeps it all together.
"Our planes stay dirty because we use them. But we stay proficient and safe because flying is the lifeline that keeps it all together.”
“People always tell us, ‘Just use Zoom!’ Those are usually the people who’ve never built five things at once — while raising kids — across multiple cities and time zones. We don’t sit still. And our business can’t either.”
This is modern entrepreneurship with propellers — not Gen Z viral fame built on shortcuts and recycled trends. This is the new American hustle — the way our grandfathers did it, when aviation first opened the skies to bold entrepreneurs flying over the western plains in search of real adventure. It’s not reposting someone else’s TikTok on an iPhone just to chase a million views and pretend it mattered. It’s hard-earned, full-send, go-big-or-go-home grit. Real businesses. Real failures. Recorded at cruise altitude, edited at sunrise, and shared with anyone chasing something real.
